Anastasia Antonakaki is a Writer/Director. She has written and directed the play "Ôï ÊåöÜëáéï/Das Kapital". Part of it was presented was presented as part of the 20 years of the Analogio International Festival "Athens Dialogues 2025". Her experimental film Fevolution (2024) has travelled all over the world (Clermont-Ferrand, Dance Films ft Films at Lincoln Center, Art Number 23 Athens & Prague, The Holy Art Gallery, Paros Digital Experience). She is involved in many aspects of her projects beyond writing and directing, including production, movement direction and choreography, lighting design, and sound design She holds a PhD in Movement and Image (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). She is an Adjunct Faculty Member of the Master’s Program "Theatre|Education|Society" at the Department of Theatre Studies, Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of the Peloponnese. She has presented aspects of dramaturgy, acting, dance/movement, directing, writing and the relationship between theatre and cinema at the University of Athens and in drama schools. Her research on her personal method, LogosSoma, is in continuous development through its practice by actors and dancers in rehearsals, drama schools and workshops. She has an extensive training in dance/movement (freestyle & choreography) in many genres (ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, waacking) and she has worked as a movement coach. She develops her method, ENA (soma·rhythmos·logos), with actors & dancers in rehearsals and workshops. (2026) |
